This text should be in GNU Unifont font (fifth fallback for AO3. and a super-cool font! it's been around since '98 and is a bitmap (BMP) font that contains the entirety of the Basic Multilingual Plane (BMP). which basically means it has a full characterset for each language Unicode supports. awesome! who is browsing AO3 with a computer that has this font but not a single sans-serif font...?).
