Stranger Wolves

For a wolf, the most dangerous thing in the world is another wolf. In Yellowstone National Park, the majority of wolf deaths happen during territory skirmishes.

Sushi Pack has met and battled many stranger wolves from the nearby established packs. We've also had smaller skirmishes with dispersals- wolves who have left their natal pack in search of a mate with whom to start their own. We don't have pictures of these wolves, mostly because trying to photograph an animal that is trying to kill you is rather difficult.

All wolves are assigned a number by the game, similar to wolves in the real world. Cap and I then gave them names we came up with ourselves. Any apparent misspellings are faithful recreations of the typos we made while doing so. Note that this is not a complete list; we can only name wolves we've personally seen, so it's possible these packs have additional members we haven't met.

Notes

Rose Flats pack wolves are named after transformations from the cartoon Ben 10.

Bobcat Rock pack wolves are named after architectural styles.

Cutoff pack wolves are named after synthetic and man-made materials. Plastic (who has since dispersed) kept entering our territory alone, and we theorize his pack doesn't like him very much and is hoping we will kill him.

Oxbow pack wolves are named after Mass Effect characters. After the death of Gaster, we've decided that this pack is our arch nemesis.

Junction Butte pack wolves are named after the current most popular baby names in the United States. This pack is very meek compared to the others, and was the first to be driven off the map entirely.
